Within this loyalty program, we would like to let you, as an external consultant, enjoy our collaboration and reward you in a more informal way for your proven efforts.

In the table below you will find an overview of the actions that can be performed to earn loyalty points.

To celebrate the end of year, we double the following points:

Share a candidate unknown to CTAC:  150 points per candidate
🎅 Special holiday offer: Share 2 candidates unknown to Ctac and receive a breakfast box or a Kadonation gift card worth €50.

Share a qualified lead: 450 points per lead
🎄 Special year-end offer: Share 2 qualified leads and receive a star dinner for two

*Qualified lead: opportunity that is actual and concrete with the direct contact details of the hiring manager.
** Assignment for at least 3 months. From 6 months’ duration, you get an extra 500 points per month. With a maximum of 9000 points (6000 + 6×500)

How to redeem your points? Take the necessary actions, fill in the form on the right and we will send you the confirmation of your points by e-mail as well as the total overview of your current points.

Rewards

Within our loyalty program, you can collect points by taking specific actions as mentioned above, which you can then exchange for a variety of fun incentives, gadgets and training opportunities.

Terms and conditions

  1. To be entitled to the rewards of 6000 points, the following conditions must be met:
    –     The assignment has a duration of minimal 3 months
    –     The assignment is for at least 3 days a week
    –     Ctac did not yet have direct contact with the customer or candidate
  2. The points will be assigned after Ctac signed the contract with either the candidate or the client
