An overview of Ctac certifications
ISO 27001 Information security
Ctac is ISO certified in information security (ISO 27001). Technology is constantly evolving and ISO standards need to change accordingly. Ctac has arranged these quality processes so well that it is completely ready for the standards that will be coming into force next year. ISO 27001 focuses on the availability, integrity and confidentiality of data, people and resources. These are issues Ctac values highly, which is why we pay special attention to them, for example by having precise process descriptions, the use of cryptography and having clearly defined responsibilities. ISO 9001 Quality management
Ctac B.V. is ISO 9001 certified. ISO 9001 is an international standard of requirements for the quality management systems of organisations. It indicates whether an organisation meets the customers' requirements, the legislation and regulations that apply to the product and the requirements of the organisation itself. ISO9001 requires organisations to share what they do, to do as they say and provide the necessary proof. See the certificate we received from QMS International.
ISAE 3402 reporting
Ctac achieved excellent results for its type-2 audit by E&Y ISAE 3402. ISAE 3402 is a globally recognised standard for outsourcing. What is unique is that E&Y has certified Ctac for both types I and II. Type I stands for the existence of these reports and type II refers to effective operation for a longer period (minimum six months). See the certificate.
Declaration of SNA registration
The quality mark of the Labour Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Arbeid or SNA) allows certified lenders and (sub)contractors to prove that their (personnel) administration is in order, they sufficiently remitted their payroll and/or sales taxes on time and their employees are entitled to work in the Netherlands. They obtain this quality mark to optimally protect their customers against the consequences of any liability for unpaid taxes and social insurance premiums and high fines for the employment of people who are not entitled to work in the Netherlands, people whose identity has not been established or people who have assumed a false identity.
